Trap Pond Partners are hosting our 7th Annual Beer, Wine, & Spirits Festival
on Saturday, September 28th from 12-4pm with live music, food trucks, vendors, crafters, artisans, and of course local wineries, breweries, distilleries, and meaderies!

Alcohol Vendor Event Information and Terms
Trap Pond Partners and Lakeshore Wine & Spirits are hosting our annual Beer & Wine Festival. The event is rain or shine.
Set-up begins at 7:30am. You must be set up by 10:30am. Take-down begins after 4pm.
All alcohol vendors must remain the full length of the event until 4pm.Trap Pond Partners or Trap Pond State Park are neither responsible nor liable for the security and/or safety of your equipment, materials, supplies, etc. nor for any damage or theft of the aforementioned items at any time during the festival beginning with the set-up period through the take-down period.
No electricity is available for Vendors. You must provide your own generator if electricity is needed.*
Information
Trap Pond Partners request that you send some members of your team to help pour and describe your libations to the public and supply a table, tent, signage, and chairs.
Trap Pond Partners will provide ice, if needed, and a 15x20 space.
We ask your company to bring your products in cases/cartons, for sampling and for the Trap Pond Partners to sell in our Pop-Up Store during the event.
We must have an invoice listing the product you are bringing. Once the festival is over, you can take the left-over product back and bill Trap Pond Partners for what is used for tasting and what is sold in the store.
If you are unable to bring the products with you, Trap Pond Partners can purchase the product through Tom Conway, owner of Lakeshore Wine & Spirits, through the distributor.
We appreciate any products generously donated or sold to us at wholesale costs to help raise money for our non-profit organization.
Our 501©3 number and Gathering License can be provided upon request.
Rules
Vendors will be assigned a space. You will be notified the morning of the event of the location of your space.
Vendors must provide their own tents or other type of shade shelter, tables, and chairs. Tents or other shade shelters must be firmly secured. Event Staff may request any unsecured tent or other type of shade shelter to be taken down for safety reasons.
Please keep your space free of trash and any tripping hazards. Please be sure the space is free of trash when you depart. Park Staff will be going around and collecting trash.
Vendor parking will be available. You will be directed to it by Event Staff.
If you have any questions or experience any problems during the event, please inform an Event Staff Member.
